preferred cable type for RCA interconnects

(1/2) > >>

kskreider:
I'm ordering some Canare Starquad to make some 15' mic cables.  I'd also like to replace my lost 6' RCA>RCA interconnects.  Should I just use the Starquad for those too?

I plan to use the Neutrik XLR connectors for the mic cables, but should I buy Neutrik's for the RCA's too or is there another brand that is preferred?

Thanks y'all.

nickgregory:
you can use the starquad, I have...and for connectors, I have used switchcraft and canare without a problem...

Tim:
what Nick said.

good luck!

jpschust:
there isnt one single preferred brand.  i would stay away from all the rat shack cables personally.  I'm a bit of a cable junkie so I use bettercables.com cables for my interconnects.

jpschust:
if you want to be a real badass you will use bullet plugs. man i love those things.
