Hey guys, need a 3353 for stealth and something that will go 8-12 feet for section. I will also need the thread adaptor to go to 5/8's for the A20s. I guess all I need are part numbers, but any advice would be appreciated as well! ;)

Hey Bri --

Keep in mind the 3353 is the silver version, you may want the 3373 black instead?  Also, make sure you check which connector the 3373 has on the end - apparently some come with a 1/4" tip, but mine came with a 5/8" stud.  If you have the 1/4" male thread tip, the adapters you want are:


Model | Starting Thread | Ending Thread

3111 | 1/4"F | 3/8"M
3366 | 3/8"F | 5/8"M

If you have the 5/8" stud, you need:

Model | Starting Thread | Ending Thread

3102  |  5/8" F stud | 3/8" M thread
3366 | 3/8"F | 5/8"M

Can't help much on the taller stand, except to say I know others have used the Bogen stands with much success.

i use the bogen 13' and love it to death, i got all my thread adaptors from micsupply, as dave is an authorized dealer for bogen and has every adaptor and what not that you could ever want
