Does anone see any issues with transfering from my DAT > Warm UA-5 > PC via the USB port? I am using a 7 pin coax to go from my M1 into the UA-5.

Well, it's not bit-perfect, because the UA-5 resamples the incoming digital signal. Why not just get an Audiophile 24/96 or similar and do perfect transfers?

I actually had an Audiophile and recently realized that I forgot to take it out of my old PC when I got a new one for the family. Took the old PC to the dump. D'oh! Don't really have the extra cash to get a new card right now and was looking for a short term solution. So how exactly does the resampling effect the sound quality? It was never an issue I looked into in the past since I was using the Audiophile.
