I'll check my build tonight and do an upgrade and try again. I have a build I grabbed from Mmm's sig line a few months ago.

I ran 96kHz last night and it did the same thing. I put a different cable in the chain and was very careful to not touch anything the whole time. It goes along nicely but hiccups every few minutes.

Something else I'm doing differently is that I'm feeding it a 24 bit signal and expecting it to truncate the last byte. I wonder if that's maybe causing it to hiccup?? I started doing this because I wanted to use it as a backup when running 24 bits.

ahhh...yup...it doesn't handle 24 bits properly. that'll be it.

Can't handle it  - as in can't truncate? I'll try again but that seemed to work ok up for 48kHz.
