I was looking at this one, but got impatient and $helled for the 13' Manfrotto. This one has decent reviews as a light stand. 13' for $53!

That's a really good price and it will work as good as the manfrotto!

I have this exact stand and have been using it for about a year.  It has worked fine for me.  I've used it fully extended to 4 meters with $9k worth of mics up in the air with no worries.  My only complaint is that since everything fits together so tightly, it is sometimes slow to set up and break down.
