CDWave upgrade worth it?
« on: October 27, 2003, 01:18:12 PM »
Is the upgrade from 1.73 to 1.91 needed/worth it if I am only doing 16/44.1?  Actually, I transfer at 48 in CDWave, resample in SF and the track back in CDWave.  Does the new version disable features after the 30 days?

Didn't realize everybody had gotten so non-opinionated. ;)

i think all the versions are free in the sense that you don't lose functionality if you don't register.

I think the only improvments in the upgrade are the ability to track and record in 24 bit, and I believe that it will record files larger than 2 gb (or at least it will cut the file at 2gb and then start a new one).
