almost all mics can/will use phantom power, especially when you look beyond stealth mics into full bodied mics.  Some will run off either batteries or phantom power (some naks, I believe, AGK C1000).  Sound Pro's stealth mics, core sound binaurals, and the DPA miniatures are the main ones that run off less power than P48. Most (or all) of these will be fried if one pushes +48v through them.
