for battery power, a Battery Geeks 10-14-88 which has been superseded by 10-14-100 or 10-14-130 (and possibly even a newer battery; it's been a while since I've checked their site)

if you're asking about phantom power, I use a Deneke PS2; nice and small and powered by a standard 9v transistor battery

For everyone's info (as Waltmon might not know either) - I assume he means 48v as the dr-60d supplies pip on channels 3/4
So he would need something that supplied power and had an output that could be run analog 1/8 in on the tascam

I doubt that for the price you'd find something that made more sense than a tinybox or some other actual small preamp. Running just a straight P48 powered mic into that PIP input will require you to use tons of gain from it, I'd think, which is likely not optimal. But DR-60D owners may have a better sense.

When I run into the PIP input of my R-26, I always use a pre.

My two channel rig is Busman BSC1 (P48 mic) > Denecke PS-2 > Sony M10

The Denecke takes a 7-22 Volt battery and supplies 2 channels of P48

Depending on how much gain I need I choose between Mic In (PIP off) and Line In

the dr60d will add a max of 26db using its build in pre/gain

If you need a two-channel 48V phantom power supply that can run on its own batteries for many hours, and provide the ful 10 mA per channel, and whose batteries can be hot-swapped, please take a look at our 2Phant: http://www.core-sound.com/2Phant/1.php
