Sony ECM-999 PR Stereo Mic fluffers?
« on: March 15, 2006, 04:09:34 PM »
I just recieved a lot of 4 mics I picked up on ebay...paid about 55 bucks for all 4...

One of them is a Sony ECM999 Stereo Mic...looks like a nice one!

This thing is huge...guarenteed to put a smile on your girls face!

It looks like it is made to run vertically?

Came with the 5 pin XLR cable - balanced output...

Anyone have any fluff for this thing?...probably try it this weekend...

(The other 3 mics were AT vocal mics...came with 2 decent cables w/Nuetrik ends too!)

Offline twatts (pants are so over-rated...)

It sounds like it is very similar to the LSD2...

that's a sweet sounding mic.  my father inlaws band has one that I borrowed to play with for a couple of shows makes a smoking tape!  I would second the 'sounds similar to an lsd2'  but I'm talking about the sound!  that mic has a fixed position lower cap and an adjustable upper via a small dial in the middle with a set screw right?
