I've got three very long Schoeps K 5 ISK cables for my CMBI's that I would like to shorten to more manageable lengths and then create some extensions with the excess cable. Before I give Posthorn a ring and receive the news that these cost an arm and a leg, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a different supply source. Need both the Male and Female ends.
Thanks!
edit: more specifically... i have no idea what lemo part number these are or even if they're made by Lemo since that's such a generic term. Searching Lemo's database is pretty overwhelming as there are literally thousands of different types.

I purchase my lemo connectors for the AKG mk46 system from Sager Electronics. The Lemo I use costs around $25 each.

what if you just use the existing cables and wire in a 4pin mini xlr to
lemo>2' cable>female ta4f>male ta4m>1' cable> Y connection
Y connection >12' extension
lemo>2' cable>female ta4f>male ta4m>1' cable> Y connection
-
lemo>2' cable>female ta4f>male ta4m>1' cable> Y connection
Y connection >12' extension
lemo>2' cable>female ta4f>male ta4m>1' cable> Y connection
or
lemo>2' cable> Y connection
Y connection >6pin mini xlr> either 12' extension and 3' extensions
lemo>2' cable> Y connection
