No. I never think taping is a right.
My point through the entire thing is that it's ridiculous to think that if you're playing new songs, they won't be released on the internet.
Everything they played last night i found on WinMX this morning. (and, imo, pretty nasty quality).
And, the other thing, is that the band has ALWAYS had one of the most free and open taping policies, and this is the actual first Sister Hazel show I've ever heard of that the band has said "you may not tape". It's an oddity in that sense.
I know *why* they did it, but i mean, christ, I signed a release for HOB twice (once for audio, once for specific media aka dat) and still was told no.. that's just nuts.
and, like i said - I am more of a stealth than a non stealth taper (i hate lugging my stand around), so theoretically I could have still stayed, and broken the wishes of the band, but i respect them enough to not do that.
