Three words...Crotch, crotch, crotch. Get a pair or two of biker shorts (the tight, tight ones). If you get 2, sew one pair inside the other at the legs, creates a little pocket. Practice your walking so it doesn't look like you have a stick up your ass. Will there be pat downs? If not, wear a thick pair of tall socks and put the smaller stiff in there.

Finally, do a search here on TS for stealth. Plenty of discussions on it.

Good luck..

Cables = your belt that holds your pants up
JB3 = headphones (as mentioned)
mics = take your pick as long as they're small.
adapters = shoes

PS-2...I painted mine black and silver and put a fake digital clock sticker on the outside, with a small clear medical hose over the XLR cables, which I tucked into my waist band.  I've been stopped 5 or 6 times with it sitting plain as day on my pants pocket and told security it's my insulin pump.  If they know what's good for them, they won't questions of anyone with a potential "handicap".  Works like a charm!

Word up! and it's true.  Not many venues will mess with you when you go all "ADA" on them.  Look up a couple of fancy edicts on the ADA website, spout a couple of firm "rights" phrases, and you can all but walk up to the stage with mics in hand.  The only caveat to this is the taper-savy venues...i.e. venues that get a lot of folks pulling something like this.  Not to worry..request their business license number and ownership company...you're in.

a general reference to the subject line... as in, a person could hide a ps-2 in their corn hole
