SBD>M1, and mics>ua5>lappy would work, but you'll prolly run into probs from both sources syncing to different clocks.  You'll get time drift over the length of the set.  Sometimes it's not real bad and you can split it song-by-song and align each song, but if it's real bad, it'll drift out during just one song.
