Try to tap into the great resource that is all of you for work need again.
I video taped a presentation last week on my companies Sony digital video recorder.
I have a version of Nero express that I got from 'nova that I know I can copy dvds with.
Shuld I be able to play my video on my camera and record it with nero?
my camera streams via USB?
I am looking to burn off a DVD for use by the owners at Hopkins..
any info/help?
thanks,
Tim
edit: I don't think NERO will work..
I think I need a program that will allow capturing streaming video from a DV camera..
anyone know of some freeware they could recomend?

doesnt the recorder come w/ a driver disc or something so you could just d/l it to your computer into a program for the digital video, then burn onto disc from there w/ nero ???
i know nothing about video, so i really have no clue

the disc it came with only burns in VCD format, which doesn't play on alot of DVD players and it save it in some weird IMV file...

it's a mini dv cam? You just need a firewire card on your computer, and a firewire cable. I recommend DVapp for capturing. It's not a resource hog like premiere and some of the other capping programs.

it is a mini dv/ High 8 with streaming usb..
at least that is what it says on the side :P
I'll give that program a whirl
thanks!
