CA-14: how do differentiate cards and omnis just looking
« on: January 30, 2010, 08:54:55 AM »
Hi!

Imagine a very common and non rare scene these days... You're walking on the streets of your city and suddenly, no more than suddenly, you find a pair of CA-14 laying on the ground, maybe loosed by someone...

My question: by just looking to the mics, how do you know if they are cardiods or omnis?
Hey DC++ hub owners: SHN is dying... Go FLAC!

[ RIG: CA-11 (cards) || CA-14 (cards & omnis) || CAFS-OMNI || AT853 (cards & omnis) > ST-9100 > EDIROL R09-HR (24bit/96KHz always!) ]

Well if you find a pair of my mics and they have red heatshrink on them then they are omni mics. :) The heatshrink is near the connector.
