Title: Olympus LS-10 --- new in sealed box?
Post by: su6oxone on March 17, 2008, 05:47:59 PM
Can anyone who bought the LS-10 tell me if the box was originally shrink wrapped or in some other way sealed?  I just got one off of that auction site and it is not sealed in any way, and the LS-10 screen doesn't have the usual protective plastic film on it either.  Wondering if this baby is actually brand new or not.  Any owners who could chime in would be much appreciated!

The box I saw was unsealed.  The recorder itself was covered by an unsealed bag. The LS-10 didn't have a protective film across the LCD.  So there's no way to tell from the packaging if it had been opened.  You might check to see if the date and time are set.

Thanks Flintstone, that puts my mind a little more at ease.  Odd though.

Hello:

The Olympus LS-10 does not come in a sealed box, no shrink wrap and no film on the screen.
