Title: jb3 usb issues

Transferred 5 gigs on monday.  Recorded band practice yesterday and now I can't get the jb3 to go into the "computer sync" screen at all.  creative playcenter pops up but the jb3 just stays on the main menu.  tried 3 different usb cables.  USB jack on the back of the jb3 feels a little loose unfortunately.  has this ever happened to anyone?  looking for suggestions to get my files...thanks for any tips.

I know this sounds obvious but have you tried rebooting?  I always found playcenter to be pretty flakey.
