Title: mating my KM 235 T-bar and Superlux HM-32 mounts
Post by: EarlyMorningRain on April 04, 2008, 01:46:53 PM
ok, so I'm building my first rig and am almost there. Latest hurdle (and hopefully the last) is mating my Superlux HM-32 mounts to my KM235 Tbar.

I'm thinking I need the 5/8 to 3/8 adapter (that same piece for $5 you can find on micsupply). Can anyone confirm this so I'm buying the correct thing on the first go?

Thanks and +T in advance!

Well the HM-32 I had came with an adapter screwed in. Just take that out and screw them onto the KM235. Careful though as the HM-32 is plastic and will strip easily.

that's it - bingo!

Didn't realize that was an adapter in there and thus removable
(however after seeing the plastic in there, would rather leave that adapter in there!)   :o

Thanks
