Title: SD702 Battery Life

Just got a 702.  I have the 2200ma and 4400ma batteries.  What sort of battery life can I expect?  I seem to get a couple hours recording easily, but haven't pushed it.

Around 1 hour per 1000 mA at 24 bit, so about 2 and 4 respectively. Turning off the display buys a few more minutes (15 max).

Battery life figures are published on the SD website.  They also have a user forum whihc ias helpful, and the current lowest prices on batteries and CF cards.

Depends on how you run the SD702. 

I was able to get almost 3 hours (2 hours and 55min or so) on the stock 1850mA battery with the 702 using an external Pre and keeping the back lights off running 24/96.
