Title: Need help on this CMS compatible part - with Pic now

I got some of these small pre`s attached on CK1`s a while ago and I m about to throw them away or find out what it is and how it works.
The front screws on any AKG CMS capsule , at the back it has a 4 prong DIN connector.
No any manufacturer marks or signs,
it is 1 1/2" long
any one??
