The W Mod reworked the preamp section.

The + Mod reworked the RCA inputs on the back and the Power Section.  I think it did something else too, but I can't remember... 

I used to have a W+, it was very nice...

thanks for the clarification.  I'm trying to sell my Wmod UA-5 and wasn't sure.
