OUTPUT: DC 12V 1000mA
And I attached picture and how the diagram looks like (sorry I have no clue if that means center tip positive or not)
^^^^^^ Can anybody confirm that is the charger?

Ok, I looked it up and that is the diagram for "center tip positive"
However, the charger is rapidly making clicking sounds from the wall, which is kind of annoying and making me wondering why it is doing that...
Is it possible the charger is fried, because the battery has been plugged in for some time and is not charging at all...
:(
Hmm... That's a new one. Did you say there are any lights on the battery when it's plugged into the charger? Stupid question, but are you certain that the plug on the charger is making good contact with both conductors?

Mine does that when it's fully charged. Maybe the circuitry in the battery is faulty or just doesn't like that transformer's output.
both of mine flash red when almost full, then goes steady green when done. no clicks on mine though...

It was plugged in for 2 hours and i started charging w/ one bar, and only one bar is full still.
I tried same charger with my other 2 batteries and same deal...clicks no stop from the wall...
Tried charging at home and i tried charging at work here for 2 hours...
