Title: Feeding D7 a 44.1 signal?

Anyone ever tried this? Will it work or should I just go 48?

Yes, through the 7 pin. My D7 is in transit & was just curious. I know theirs no switch for 44.1 & 48k.

I'm mostly going to use this d7 to patch.

yep you'll be fine. they just can't record at 44.1 analog. No problem accepting a digital 44.1 signal though

digitally it will pick up whatever it is given.

No, I'm pretty sure it will give you an input error. It won't even bother trying to downsample it.
