Timestretching help needed, please.

Was hoping to get a recording mastered properly for a CD/DVD release, but now I'm going to have to do it myself, and it needs to be done this week. I need to stretch an Aud source to match a board source (or vice versa) and I've tried different bits of software and I can't figure it out. Any simple, idiot's guide type advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
I've got access to: DP5, logic 8 or Final Cut Express 4. It really shouldn't be too much but I just can't get it.
