I'll second TLH; indispensable tool for PC's.
If you use a Mac, xACT is a very similar tool and works great -> http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14246 (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14246)

I'll third TLH, best download I've probably ever made, sometimes have trouble with the MD5 files but otherwise an invaluable, user friendly piece of software. I recommend it to everyone.
