This is similar in function to the MXL Mic Mate and the CEntrance Mic Port Pro, EXCEPT that the CEntrance is the only one of the three with a 24-bit A/D converter (the others having 16-bit A/D converters). I could find a use for the CEntrance 24-bit unit but not for the others.
