Phonak Audéo (http://pfe.audeoworld.com/index?lang=1)
My Etymotic ER-6 are dying because I end up needing to pull them out using the cable more often than not. I'm looking for something with similar quality, but a more robust design. Does anyone have experience with these?

Can't help you with that maker, but I'd encourage you to look at Westone IEMs. They've been making them for a long time and do custom fitting if desired. Many touring companies use them on stage, so they're built for work. I've been using a pair of UM1s for about five years while working out, hiking, and working audio. They cut ambient sound 20db+ and sound clear and true. I use a pair of UM2s for hifi listening. They have a new model out, UM3. Take a look at them, I highly recommend them. Do a search for reviews.
