Title: Download Manager

I am looking for a good HTTP download manager.  Smart FTP is no longer free.........  Any good recommendations.    I am looking for something that will download files from lama painlessly....   oh yeaah did I mention free....

If you're using Firefox, there is a plugin called "Down Them All" that's literally a "tool" in the browser.  If you're not using Firefox, then do.

I switched from smart ftp to filezilla for uploading to the archive,
for downloading i use the download them all in firefox

for uploading via ftp I use fireftp.  as dan said Downthemall!  is the shit!

oh yea and with downthemall

put this in the filter

/(.shn|.flac|.txt|.ffp|.md5|.info)$/

right click anywhere in the show and you will download only the text,md5's, flacs etc.
