This is not something that I need to do. But I think I should. Back in October 2008 I sent my HLSC-1 pair back to MM for repair. Something was not right. After receiving the mics, MM told me that since there's a 2 year warranty for the capsules and a lifetime warranty for everything else, they're sending me a brand new pair ;D (USPS). Awesome. Sad thing is that this new pair never showed up. Well, to make a long story short, after trying to find out where the package was, they decided to send me another brand new pair :o.This time using UPS , not the cheaper USPS ( they took care of the shipping expenses).
It's right here with me and working flawlessly.
Well, if this isn't the best customer service ever, I don't what it is.

Good to know. I am going to try out their pre soon. I want to compare the 9100 to theirs and see which I like best.

I always had good luck when dealing with these folks, too. It is good to hear you had a good experience with them, and thanks for sharing it. Good folks like these need all the exposure they can get. I wish more were like them. 8)

True that. It's my third time doing business with Mike. Always a pleasant experience.
It's very important not to forget that I live overseas, so the UPS charges are not exactly cheap.
