Looking around for a new digital camera. I'm cheap, I'd like to spend as little as possible ($100-ish) on something that has a very small footprint so that I can put it in my pocket. I'd also like to be able to take very critical closeups to photograph my glass. Doesn't have to be the latest and greatest.....Anyone got an old one in good condition they'd like to sell?
Josh
Go find some pictures in the Rig Pics thread by spyder9 (Dan). I forget what model he has, but he's gotten the best pics from a P&S camera I've seen.

Can you elaborate on this???
You're not getting the P&S to use as a concert camera?
Some Canon models are great value for money, because they can run a hacked firmware called CHDK. This unlocks a lot of features, like RAW capture, better video specs, shutter times, ISO values etc.
The best value for money is Canon A570, which can be found for $120, but it might be too big for your pocket.
In the pocketable range, the Canon SD1000 fits your price tag, starting from $90 refurbed...
