I know these exist - I am pretty sure they came with the bodies in the 1970s.
Would prefer an early schematic but will take any version.
DSatz?

May I ask what are the value of the impedance DR 1, DR 2 and DR 3 ?
because as far as I understood, T4 is an oscillator and D1, D2, C7, C6 are a duplicator cell.
Having not any idea about the frequency of the oscillator, knowing the values of these impedance, it will be possible to build it without redesign the circuitry ;)

Schoeps' schematics are made available to their customers for repair and maintenance purposes--not so that third parties can imitate their circuitry. That said, DR = "Drossel" which is an inductor, not a resistor.

Indeed I didn't say "resistor" but "impedance" that's quite different.
Because of any other components there is a value, I thought there was somewhere a value for these too.
I also expected to be confirmed or corrected about the role of T4 and at which frequency works, because it may be changed with another type of oscillator. And I hope somebody measured it or knows it.
