I think the best stealth solution is to build them into a set of headphones. Leave them around your neck, or on your head.

If connected to a an R09HR you would pass it off as a MP3 player that way. Anyway for taping in public spaces where you don't want to stand out then headphones are great.

Soundprofessionals sold (or used to sell) a version of these. AT853 elements inside. I thought it was crazy to wear headphones (on my ears), so I wore them around my neck as you suggest.
