Title: Final Cut Pro > audio files
Post by: keytohwy on April 26, 2009, 06:58:51 PM
I've got a video of a show that I show in FCP, edited, etc.  I have chapter markers set at tracks for export to DVD Studio Pro.

I also want to export the audio timeline to individual audio files, with the same track markers that I have made for DSP.  Anyone know how to do this?  I have these tools, if it matters:
FCP
Soundtrack Pro
Sound Studio 3
Amadeus
Audacity
QT Pro
Logic Studio

Help!  I cannot figure this one out!

As far as I know, thats not possible. My workflow consists of mastering in Cubase, exporting a 44 & 48 file, drop the 48 into FCP, and track the 41 in Audacity.

It would be nice to be able to do that though, i'll look into it a bit when I get home. Let us know if you find anything out.

It would be nice if I could export something like a cue sheet, and then export the AIFF.  Open the AIFF in something like Amadeus and then drop in the cue sheet.  Still searching...
