Title: Half-width multi-channel limiter?
Post by: fotoralf.be on April 30, 2009, 05:13:55 PM
I'm looking for something with 2 or preferably 4 analog limiters in a half-width housing, 1 unit high, to be inserted between an RME Quadmic and the line inputs of an EMU 1616m. Any suggestions other than homebrewing?

I don't know if I've ever seen outboard, analog limiters discussed here on TS.   :hmmm:  Curious if you'll get any responses.  If not, you might try posting on GearSlutz, too.

Off the top of my head, the FMR stereo comps are 1/3 rack width. I'm sure there are similar sized units with individual channel limiters that are a closer to what you are looking for though.
