Title: JB3 Firmware Update FAILED! Please help!

My JB3 was freezing on the reversed color EAX screen; when it had happened before I updated the firmware. I attempted to do the same this time however it tries to update and says update failed! or if I try to use an earlier firmware it says "An application is and is interfering with the flash program. Please close the application before proceeding" however the only programs running are the one needed for my computer to run. So now my JB3 is no longer usable. Anyone no how to get around this so I can get it working again?

Does anyone have any older firmware I could try?
