I didn't use this unit for approximately 9 months and I sold it without testing it first (a mistake I won't make again).
The buyer had the unit plugged into the wall charger for a few days and can't get it powered up. Any suggestions? Could the internal battery be completely dead and not accepting a charge? Should the unit be firing up if the battery is bad but it's plugged in?
I have had it take a while to start charging and power up but, never a couple of days.
this has happened to me after not using it forever
it took a while and many times unplugging it before it kicked on and i got the charging icon
keep trying the wall plug

yes
try unplugging and plugging it in a few times
all you need is a small charge for it to be seen by your comp too - then the comp can charge it the rest of the way
