Title: 3.5 mm (1/8”) Combination Audio Jack (Optical and stereo jack in one)

Does anyone know where I can get a 3.5 mm (1/8”) Combination Audio Jack (optical toslink and stereo jack in one). They are commonly used in minidisc-man and some sound cards.

Is this for solder/PCB mount?
Maybe your best bet would be to scavenge on a broken MD player/sound card?!
Unless the rat shack or similar store carry parts...
