Title: FLAC troubleshooting
Post by: pwig on September 12, 2009, 07:00:01 AM

I have recently noticed that when I use FALC frontend (version 1.7.1 etree edition), I cannot create a fingerprint file. I load up the files and hit fingerprint, it pops up and I name the file. Once the file is named I have a blank file meaning one with no information contained.

I can create an FFP file on TLH, however.

Any advice for this strange problem?

Sorry, I thought that you said you were using FLAC FrontEnd.

My suggestion might be to uninstall FLAC and try to re-install it again.  Either that or go over to sourceforge to download the latest FLAC and try to dump the files into your FrontEnd or TLH directories.

Typically what I do, and I think that you should try, is instead of creating a new .ffp save it to your text info file.  This is what I do and what it does is appends the ffp info to the info file.
