I've got a Sony Vaio VGN-S460 laptop. I've had it since Summer '05. Laptop is fine, but battery life is sad. Is there an internal or external option that will give me 4-6 hrs? Rechargeable??
Danks.

Google shopping is your friend:

7200mAh variety for $40:

Can't vouch for these particular sellers, so do your homework first...

I wouldn't trust a single damn battery on eBay. I just got a new battery for my Dell through buy.com for $60. Dell wanted $160. About a month in and I am still getting 3+ hours with the large capacity battery.
