Post by: heikki on October 14, 2009, 10:35:37 PM
Anyone pick one up?

I just got mine today, looking forward to playing around with it a bit on the weekend.

Thanks for the pics. Got my eyes on a S90 as well because of the low light response.

Nice concert pic. Is that YMSB?

I really torn between the G11, S90 and Panasonic LX3. Of course I cannot afford any so I guess it makes no difference. I've read tons of reviews and looked at tons of samples at over at dpreview and I am really impressed with all 3 cameras. I currently have a Canon A95, which is ok for what it was 5 years ago, but leaves a lot to be desired.

yes, it's yonder at the nokia in times square.

i looked at the same cameras, along with some of the new micro four-thirds (olympus and panasonic) but ended up at the s90 because i really wanted a "pocketable" point and shoot for those times when i don't want to carry my DSLR.  the other options are nice but all were just a little too big.
