Title: Another Wavelab Matrix Question
Post by: themonkey on January 29, 2010, 03:59:35 AM
I've done one matrix before using the chop method and it worked out nicely.  This time however, there is significant amount of loud and quiet tracks throughout the whole show.  I'm looking to adjust gain on a track by track basis.  I searched around the site, but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for on this.  I'm using Wavelab 4.  Any help would be appreciated.

You can use the volume envelopes on the montage window to adjust pretty much any way you would like on any track ect. You familiar with?

I am familiar with the envelopes.  Can I just place track markers between individual tracks and have that ability, or is there something else I'm missing?

Thanks

in montage, just make a dot on either side of what you want to boost/lower and make another point or however many you need and rase and lower the points as needed to get to where you need to be. Hopefully thats what you were looking for, I may be on a different page  :D
