Title: Tascam DR-07 SD-HD CARD [Newbie]

I used to use my Tascam DR-07 with a 2GB SD, but i just bought a 16 GB SD-HD CARD.

I formatted it on the recorder and everything looks to work fine, but in the "Rec Setting" menu the "Size" is still on 2GB and i cannot change it to 16GB.

Is this normal? It will save up to 16GB anyway?

Post by: dallman on May 25, 2010, 07:59:07 PM: File size is limited to 2gb. This is a FAT32 limitation, not a recorder limitation. However, when the 2gb limit is reached, a new file is seamlessly started and you can put the two files together when you track your recording. Have fun with the recorder!

Click "Menu", then click "Information", scroll to the bottom.
