Title: Streaming Live Audio from Show??

So with the official green light to stream audio of live Phish shows I'm thinking of giving it a try.  The question becomes, what is the best solution?  I can WiFi tether a laptop to my phone so think I have the internet connection sorted, but I'm looking for windows based recommendations for streaming a fairly high quality MP3 stream? 

Anyone have software and service recommendations?
