Title: burning a dvd that includes jpegs and youtube vids

i'm trying to make a advertising disc for someone and it needs to be a continuous looping disc w/ jpegs and youtube videos.
so it will be: jpeg>youtube>jpeg>youtube>etc...
i'm assuming the youtubes have to be converted but is there any other programs needed to do this?
