Hi all,
I have been using my R09HR for almost a year now with decent results (to my ears anyway). However the last few times I have been getting bad drop outs on the left channel. Sometimes the drop outs are total silence and other times the volume drops by approx half and is distorted. I have tried different cables etc but no difference, I have tried a right angle connector which has helped quite a lot but not cured it entirely. What I want to know is:
1 is the problem likely to be an internal fault such as a loose connection and if so can this easily be fixed.
2 Is there a way of repairing the existing recordings? I have switched audio from one channel to the other and created part stereo, part mono recordings but they are not that great to be honest. I'm guessing I should give up on these?
Thanks for any help.
