Title: Arena floor: cards or omnis?

this is a newbie question, but it's been a while and i can't find my notes. arena floor, around 20-22 rows from the stage, use cards or omnis? also, battery box or preamp?

I'm guessing it's an arena floor, and it's NOT open.  That said, go with whatever you feel comfortable.  At 20 rows back, I'd be tempted to say cards but I don't know the venue.

Without knowing much about the type of music, room sound, amount of crowd noise, etc. I'd say go with the cards, try to cut out crowd noise and sound bouncing off the walls.

But if you gave more info about the above, folks might be able to help out more.

basketball arena type venue. a certain canadian trio that is currently touring will be performing. definitely  >:D

I'm jealous because both night's the suspected band is playing (in their hometown - where I live) I actually have to work.  :'(
