I'd appreciate any advice on a good T bar for these big mics. I've been looking at this one:
http://www.amazon.com/On-Stage-Stands-MY700-Mic-Bar/dp/B0002ZO5Z4/ref=sr_1_2?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1281453210&sr=1-2
Would like to know if anyone has experience with it and/or other recommendations.
Thanks,
Ernie

I have that t-bar and run a zoom H2, two superlux cm-h8k condenser mics, and two Nakamichi 100 with CP4 shotgun capsules on it, without any problems.

that mount is a beast. I had one and was shocked at how heavy it was. You should check out the K&M 235 which is made of steel and should work for your perfectly.

also, I still use this K&M mount for different applications b/c it is made of aluminum.

If you are using a lightstand, make sure to order a rapid adapter which will allow you to quickly put the mount on top of your stand.

Thanks for the help! I appreciate all the input. I ordered the K&M 23550 adjustable bar. Probably going to need one of those adapters for my light stand as well.
