I'm thinking about putting together an ultra small rig for st**lth use and to loan out to friends who want to try tapings. So I am looking for cheap gear that will do the job. I'm leaning towards the Tascam DR-08 for the recorder since it's small and cheap, and I already have a DR-07 and think it's really easy to use. Having trouble finding the right mics though... is there anything out there at a low price point, let's say around $150, that can suitably run directly off the the DR-08 mic in plug in power in a loud concert situation?
