Anyone familiar with these?

No, but they sure are cute! I have a pair of AT2021s that are similar looking, but a little longer.
It's weird, in the photo of the mics in the case, you can see a name, model #?, but they are not there in the other pics.

Dropped a line to the ebay vendor.
They are called Skytronic 173.844, Chinese OEM stuff.
Looking a bit similar to Behringer C2's, but have an extra switch that Behringer doesn't.

cute like the X-S series.

they look like a mic I started a post on TS of in 2008 here: http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=107581.msg1435860#msg1435860 (http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=107581.msg1435860#msg1435860)
EquationAudio CMI.103
they could be modded - perhaps?
http://www.equationaudio.com/mics/mtd-products.php?object=cmi103 (http://www.equationaudio.com/mics/mtd-products.php?object=cmi103)
http://www.frontendaudio.com/Equation-Audio-C-103-MP-Matched-Pair-p/9999-02535.htm (http://www.frontendaudio.com/Equation-Audio-C-103-MP-Matched-Pair-p/9999-02535.htm)
The response is 40-16Khz.
3/4” x 3”
(which I would guess would be = ~19-20mmX ~75-76mm)
but like I said- if they were modded - who Knows?
peace

^^^^^ Ps I sure hope some TS member gets some and tries them out- and perhaps mods them they could a very sweet Low Pro mic!

They look a lot like these:

^^^^ I bet both the CADs and the Equationaudio's are made by the same Chinese manufacturer...

Interesting. They look the same, but the frequency response differs. Same housing but different capsule?
Skytronic is a brand of AVSL, official spec here:

BTW, epic quote from Equation Audio: "We don't imitate, we create . . ." (http://www.equationaudio.com/about2/)

I do not trust the technical specifications from the manufactor. There is a review at www.soundonsound.com reporting roll-off below 250 Hz and above 10 kHz. A pair is about 50 Euros with shipping. We cannot expect a miracle at that price level.

however if some one modded them - they could be an interesting deal
vent mods - switch out some electronics etc...
-
and on the AVSL site they state:
Frequency response 30Hz - 18kHz
but who knows
someone should grab some and test and mod them >:D

I think the main mod needed is the capsule. They likely have something like a Transsound (TSB) capsule, like the Behringer C4 and Samson C02 have. That capsule is OK, but not great. Something like an AT853 is probably going to sound better than these... and the size/powering is more suitable for tapers.
I think the best deal for small condensors is still something like Studio Projects C4 (used), or new maybe a pair of Behringer B5. These are 797audio Chinese mics similar in style to the C4, and quite cheap (just over $100 new). Both these options have gold plated capsules and reasonable electronics.

sounds like a good thought
here is 797 site: http://www.797audio.com/templates/consulting_008_3/index.aspx?nodeid=104 (http://www.797audio.com/templates/consulting_008_3/index.aspx?nodeid=104)
and condensers here: http://www.797audio.com/templates/consulting_008_3/second.aspx?nodeid=114# (http://www.797audio.com/templates/consulting_008_3/second.aspx?nodeid=114#)
a few look nice but how do you actually purchase them - a group buy? can we get enough interest on TS to buy a number of these?
either : http://www.797audio.com/templates/consulting_008_3/second.aspx?nodeid=114&page=ContentPage&categoryid=0&contentid=414 (http://www.797audio.com/templates/consulting_008_3/second.aspx?nodeid=114&page=ContentPage&categoryid=0&contentid=414)

oh I found this: http://www.globalmediapro.com/dp/A03200/797-Audio-CR626-Condenser-Microphone/ (http://www.globalmediapro.com/dp/A03200/797-Audio-CR626-Condenser-Microphone/) but $322 seems very steep

Yeah, this NZ web shop must have a pretty high mark-up.
Somebody reported buying this pair for $50, but that was 5 years ago:
http://homerecording.com/bbs/equipment-forums/microphones/*-best-condenser-under-%2450-*-143629/2/
There is a China based store selling these too, I mailed them for the price:
http://www.chinesedepartmentstore.com.cn/osc/product_info.php?products_id=543&country=203&QTY=1
A sales rep named Vash quoted me $230 for a pair...
