Title: In need of small recorder. What alternatives?
Post by: nicegrin on January 16, 2011, 09:51:51 PM
I´m looking for a small digital recorder. What are my options if I want something smaller than sony M10 and ER09HR?

Thanks!

Smallest one I´ve found so far seems to be Marantz PMD-620.  62x102x25.

Any recorder that can beat that?

Thanks

Tascam DR-08 is tiny. You can record 24/96

This is the only thing I can think of that comes close to the Marantz and it beats it on 2 of the 3 dimensions. Depending on which side you need to be smaller, this is a real option.

Yeah the Dr-08 is small for sure. Too long tough... Something more squarish suits me better... :)

Then it's the marantz if the M10 is bigger than what you need.
